However, it is widely known that Black & Brown employees, regardless of their position or qualifications, are still adversely impacted by these experiences.

Rize is a support group intended to provide you with an opportunity to reflect on your experiences and examine how racial discrimination in the workplace has adversely impacted you, personally and professionally.

With the support of this group, you will become empowered to reclaim your virtue, respect and dignity in the workplace – and in your life.
