Days: Days to be determined, based on availability.

 

Consistency: Sessions will be held on a weekly basis, depending on availability. This will be determined, during initial consultation. *Each individual, couple or family will choose a slot that works best for them and that slot will remain consistent.

Duration: All sessions run between 50 - 60 minutes. *If you are late to your session, your session will still end at the time it is scheduled to end. You are strongly encouraged to show up to each session on time.

Materials: All clients are expected to purchase a blank journal, composition book or note pad. After each session, you will be provided with self-reflective prompts that are designed to have you engage in your therapeutic process, outside of sessions. These prompts must be completed before each session. They will not be collected, but they will be unpacked and processed, during sessions. *Please keep these in a safe, secure place to ensure your privacy.

Cancellation Fees: If you do not cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled session, you will automatically be charged the cancellation fee. Individual cancellation fee: $75.00. *Please note that your insurance company does not cover cancellation fees.

Session Fees for Private Pay or Out Of Network: *Not Currently Accepting 

Individual: $100-$150 per session.

Payment Options: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. *Please note that all fees are expected to be paid after each session. Your credit or debit card will be saved on file to ensure processing timely payment.
